Salutations

Exercise everyday. Eat right. Follow paths that lead to happiness. It sounds so easy when you say it; so why can't I seem to do it? Here's my goal: to be healthy enough in my 60's to still be hiking up mountains. If this is the goal, I am definitely way behind in prep. Thing is; I grew up in a society of fast food, junk food, and sedentary activities. Learning to be healthy requires relearning everything I know.

Step one: body health. I'm going to go for a jog today. Jogging makes me feel like I'm going to die, but I'm going to do it anyway because I now have imaginary people supporting me.
